SKULLSUIT: Southern Grooves & Heavy Metal Thunder

SKULLSUIT first saw the light of day in the winter of 2011, emerging from the cold to deliver a sound that burns with intensity. For over a decade, the band has forged a reputation for a raw, energetic blend of metal, heavily enriched with southern influences. Their signature sound is built on a foundation of grooving riffs, bluesy guitar leads, and thunderous drums, topped with powerful, dynamic vocals that range from dark, melodic cleans to aggressive, earth-shaking growls.

EP & MOMENTUM

The band wasted no time making their mark, releasing their debut EP, “Raw, Loud, Immoral but Evident,” in May 2011. They followed this up in 2015 with their full-length debut album, “MOMENTUM,” released through the label Into the Limelight.

2015 proved to be a pivotal year. Skullsuit proved their mettle by winning the Audience Award during the national finals of the Dutch Metal Battle. They carried that energy into the Wacken Metal Battle NL finals, securing a prestigious second-place finish and solidifying their status as a live force to be reckoned with.

Skullsuit is no stranger to the stage. They have torn through countless venues and festivals across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

EVOLUTION & RETURN

The band continued to evolve, signaling a new era in 2022 with a refreshed look and sound through the release of the singles “Ultimate Violence” and “Now You Bleed In Me.”

Now, after a brief period of silence, Skullsuit has returned with renewed energy and their tightest live act to date. The beast is back and hungry.
In 2025, they unleashed a trifecta of new singles:

“Suit Up, Atomic Lights, and “Lord and Master”

Proving that while they may have been away, they were only sharpening their blades.
